§ 38.2-4815. Effect on other provisions of Title 38.2.

Except as is otherwise provided herein and in Chapter 18 (§ 38.2-1800 etseq.) of this title, the provisions relating to the licensing and control ofsurplus lines brokers shall have no effect on or in any way alter any of theother provisions of this title.
