§ 38.2-4901. Registration.

A. Except as provided in § 38.2-4912, no provider shall engage in thebusiness of providing or offering to provide continuing care at a facility inthis Commonwealth unless the provider has registered with the Commission withrespect to such facility.

B. A registration statement shall be filed with the Commission by theprovider on forms prescribed by the Commission and shall include:

1. All information required by the Commission pursuant to its enforcement ofthis chapter; and

2. The initial disclosure statement required by § 38.2-4902.

C. Registration shall be approved or disapproved in writing by the Commissionwithin ninety days of the filing.
