§ 38.2-4913. Regulations.

A. The Commission shall have the authority to adopt, amend or repeal rulesand regulations that are reasonably necessary for the enforcement of theprovisions of this chapter. The Commission may issue regulations settingforth those transactions which shall require the payment of fees by aprovider and the fees which shall be charged.

B. Any provider may be given a reasonable time, not to exceed 120 days fromthe date of publication of any applicable rules and regulations or amendmentsthereto adopted pursuant to this chapter, within which to comply with therules and standards.
