§ 38.2-4916. Penalties.

A. Any person who willfully and knowingly violates any provision of thischapter, or any rule, regulation or order issued under this chapter, shall besubject to payment of a fine as provided in § 38.2-218.

B. Nothing in this chapter limits the power of the Commonwealth to punish anyperson for any conduct which constitutes a crime under any other statute.
