§ 38.2-5201. What laws applicable.

All policies and certificates shall comply with all of the provisions of thistitle relating to insurance policies and certificates generally, exceptArticle 2 (§ 38.2-3408 et seq.) of Chapter 34 and Chapter 36 of this title.In the event of conflict between the provisions of this chapter and otherprovisions of this title, the provisions of this chapter shall be controlling.
