§ 38.2-5511. Immunity.
There shall be no liability on the part of, and no cause of action shallarise against, the Commission, the Commissioner of Insurance, or any of theCommission's employees or agents, acting in good faith, for any action takenby them in the performance of their powers and duties under this Act.
