§ 38.2-5512. Severability clause.

If any provision of this Act, or the application thereof to any person orcircumstance, is held invalid, such determination shall not affect theprovisions or applications of this Act which can be given effect without theinvalid provision or application, and to that end the provisions of this Actare severable.
