§ 38.2-612.2. Protection of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to modify, limit, or supersede theoperation of the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681 etseq.), and no inference shall be drawn on the basis of the provisions of thischapter regarding whether information is transaction or experienceinformation under Section 603 of that Act.
