§ 38.2-6112. Licensing of agents.

Dental benefit contracts may be solicited only through health insuranceagents and limited lines life and health agents licensed in accordance withChapter 18 (§ 38.2-1800 et seq.) of this title. Home office salaried officerswhose principal duties and responsibilities do not include the negotiation orsolicitation of dental benefit contracts shall not be required to be licensed.
