§ 38.2-704. Penalties.

A. Any person who violates a cease and desist order entered under § 38.2-703shall be subject to the provisions of § 38.2-218.

B. Any person convicted of violating this chapter may, in addition, bepunished under the provisions of Chapter 1.1 (§ 59.1-9.1 et seq.) of Title59.1.
