§ 38.2-903. Existing form of policy, contract, certificate, application,rider or endorsement.

If any form does not comply with the provisions of this title but did complywith the provisions of any regulation or statute repealed by this Act ofAssembly, it may continue to be used for a period of twelve months followingJuly 1, 1986, unless the Commission prescribes otherwise pursuant toauthority conferred by law.
