§ 4.1-110. Purchase orders of Board for alcoholic beverages.

A. Every order of the Board for the purchase of alcoholic beverages shall beauthenticated by the chairman or by a member or agent of the Board,authorized by the Board to authenticate such orders. No order shall bebinding unless so authenticated.

B. A duplicate of every such order shall be kept on file in the office of theBoard in accordance with retention regulations established pursuant to theVirginia Public Records Act (§ 42.1-76 et seq.).

C. All cancellations of orders made by the Board shall be authenticated inthe same manner and a duplicate kept as required by subsection B.
