§ 4.1-112. Regulations relating to transportation of beer and wine coolers.

The Board may promulgate regulations relating to the transportation of beerand wine coolers through the Commonwealth, including a prohibition againstthe direct shipment of beer or wine coolers from points outside theCommonwealth to installations of the United States armed forces locatedwithin the Commonwealth for resale on such installation.
