§ 4.1-217. Limitation on brewery licenses.

No beer reconstituted from beer concentrate, other than reconstituted beeroriginally manufactured, concentrated and reconstituted at the same plantlocated in the Commonwealth, shall be sold by any brewery licensee to personslicensed to sell beer at retail for purposes of resale.
