§ 4.1-229. Suspension or revocation of permits; grounds; notice and hearing;exception.

A. The Board may suspend or revoke any permit. The suspension or revocationof any permit shall be in accordance with §§ 4.1-225 and 4.1-227.

B. This section shall not apply to temporary permits granted under § 4.1-212which may be revoked summarily in the same manner as a temporary license maybe revoked under § 4.1-211.
