§ 4.1-240. Collection of taxes and fees by credit or debit card; servicecharge.

The Board may accept credit or debit cards in payment for the taxes,penalties or other fees imposed on a licensee in accordance with this title.In addition, the Board may assess a service charge for the use of a credit ordebit card. The service charge shall not exceed the amount negotiated andagreed to in a contract with the Department.
