§ 4.1-303. Purchase of alcoholic beverages from person not authorized tosell; penalty.
If any person buys alcoholic beverages from any person other than the Board,a government store or a person authorized under this title to sell alcoholicbeverages, he shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
