§ 4.1-329. Illegal advertising materials; penalty.

No person subject to the jurisdiction of the Board shall induce, attempt toinduce, or consent to, any manufacturer, as defined in § 4.1-216.1, or anywholesale licensee selling, renting, lending, buying for or giving to anyperson any advertising materials or decorations under circumstancesprohibited by this title or Board regulations.

Any person found by the Board to have violated this section shall be subjectto a civil penalty as provided in § 4.1-227.
