§ 4.1-345. Vehicles seized by Board.

In the case of any motor vehicle seized by special agents of the Board inconnection with its use in the illegal manufacture, possession, sale ortransportation of alcoholic beverages upon which the tax imposed by the lawsof the United States has not been paid, the Board may use and operate thevehicle, after court forfeiture, for investigation of violations of thistitle. The Board shall have insurance for liability and property damage oneach such vehicle used or operated.
