§ 40.1-7. Attorney for the Commonwealth to prosecute on request ofCommissioner.

The attorney for the Commonwealth of the proper county or city, upon therequest of the Commissioner, or any of his authorized representatives, shallprosecute any violation of law or rule or regulation adopted thereunder whichit is made the duty of the Commissioner to enforce.
