§ 40.1-51.3. Duties of health and safety inspectors.

(a) It shall be the duty of all safety and health inspectors to inspect allplaces of business covered by the State Plan developed in accordance with theFederal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (P.L. 91-596) forconformity with the provisions of this title and with all safety and healthstandards, rules and regulations promulgated under this title.
