§ 42.1-15. Duties of Librarian of Virginia.

The Librarian of Virginia shall have charge of The Library of Virginia. Heshall see that the Library is properly kept and that its contents areproperly preserved and cared for.

He shall be secretary of the Board, and shall perform all duties belonging tothat position. He shall keep a record of all proceedings of the Board andsuch financial records as are required by the Commonwealth.
