§ 42.1-30. Virginia World War II History Commission abolished; dutiestransferred to Librarian of Virginia.

The Virginia World War II History Commission, heretofore created andexisting, is hereby abolished and its duty of collecting, assembling, editingand publishing such information and material with respect to the contributionto World War II made by Virginia and Virginians as is most worthy ofpreservation shall hereafter be performed by the Librarian of Virginia. TheVirginia World War II History Commission shall deliver to the Librarian ofVirginia all material, records and information collected, assembled andcompiled by it in the performance of its duties.
