§ 42.1-32.3. Standards for networking.

Libraries receiving such aid, as is provided by the Board for networking,shall be committed to the standards and priorities established by the Boardfor interlibrary lending policies between network members, to cooperation inestablishing collection development policies and resource sharing for thegreatest good of all library users, and to the provision of comprehensive andcost-effective library services to the citizens of Virginia.
