§ 42.1-32.6. Establishment and operation of communication centers and othernetworking services.

The Board may establish and operate or may contract for the establishment andoperation of one or more automated communication centers and other networkingservices, based on a plan approved by the Board and the Governor afterconsultation with the Users Board.
