§ 43-13.1. Use of lien waiver form; forgery or signing without authority.

Any person who knowingly presents a waiver of lien form to an owner, hisagent, contractor, lender, or title company for the purpose of obtainingfunds or title insurance and who forges or signs without authority the nameof any person listed thereon shall be guilty of a felony and punished asprovided in § 18.2-172.
