44-10 - Divisions of military staff.
§ 44-10. Divisions of military staff.
The military staff shall be divided into (a) the personal staff of theGovernor and (b) the administrative staff.
The personal staff of the Governor shall be constituted as now prescribed bylaw.
The administrative staff shall be as is authorized by the Secretary ofDefense of the United States and shall perform such duties as the commanderin chief may direct.
