§ 44-109. Punishment for injuries to military property.

Whoever shall willfully or maliciously destroy, injure, or deface any arms orarticles of military property belonging to the United States or to theCommonwealth, or receive any property in violation of the preceding sectionsof this chapter, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and be fined notexceeding double the amount of the value of the property so injured ordefaced, or, in the discretion of the jury, be imprisoned in jail not lessthan two weeks nor more than two months.
