§ 44-110. Punishment for sale, etc., of military property.

Whoever shall secrete, sell, dispose of, offer for sale, or in any mannerpawn or pledge, or receive in pawn or pledge, or buy any of the arms,uniforms, or equipments, being the property of the United States or of theCommonwealth, knowing or having reason to believe the same to be the propertyof the United States or the Commonwealth, shall be deemed guilty of amisdemeanor, and shall, on conviction thereof, be imprisoned in jail for notless than 6 months nor more than 1 year, or in the discretion of the jury, befined not less than $50 nor more than $100.
