§ 44-17. Regulations as to reports and care of property.

The Adjutant General is empowered to make such regulations pertaining to thepreparation and rendering of reports and returns and to the care andpreservation of public property as in his opinion the conditions demand, suchregulations to be operative and in force when promulgated in the form ofgeneral orders, circulars, circular letters, or other regulations anddocuments.
