§ 44-21. Bonds of Adjutant General and fiscal clerks.

The Adjutant General and his fiscal clerks shall each give bond, withsufficient sureties, to be approved by the Governor, as provided by law forother state officers. The penalties of the bond shall be as follows: of theAdjutant General, $10,000, of each of his fiscal clerks, $3,000.
