§ 44-25. Organization; composition of units.

Except as otherwise specifically provided by the laws of the United States,the organization of the National Guard, including the composition of allunits thereof, shall be the same as that prescribed for the active army, airforce and navy, subject in time of peace to such general exceptions as may beauthorized by the Secretary of Defense.
