§ 44-3. Composition of naval militia.

The naval militia shall consist of the regularly enlisted militia between theages of eighteen and forty-five years, organized, armed, and equipped ashereinafter provided, and commissioned officers between the ages of eighteenand sixty-four years; but enlisted personnel may continue in the serviceafter the age of forty-five years and until the age of sixty-four years,provided the service is continuous.
