§ 44-38. Membership continued in National Guard after termination of federalservice.

When inducted into the active military service of the United States andthereafter discharged or separated from the armed forces, all persons soinducted and thereafter discharged or separated shall resume their membershipin the Virginia National Guard and shall continue to serve therein as thoughtheir service had not been so interrupted.
