§ 44-40.2. Administration of oaths and taking of sworn statements bycommissioned officers.

In addition to those powers set forth in § 44-40, commissioned officers inthe Virginia National Guard may administer oaths and take sworn statements inconnection with any investigation required by law or regulation pertaining tothe Virginia National Guard in the performance of their duties.
