§ 44-54.3. Members of National Guard deemed to be in state service whenengaged pursuant to compact.

In accordance with Article III (h) of the compact, members of the NationalGuard forces of this Commonwealth shall be deemed to be in state service atall times when engaged pursuant to this compact, and shall be entitled to allrights and benefits provided pursuant to this title as amended.
