§ 44-58. Precedence of officers.

Officers of the naval militia, who are members of the naval reserve, shalltake precedence among themselves in accordance with their seniority in thenaval reserve. In the question of precedence with officers of other branchesof the armed service of the State and of the United States, the regulationsgoverning precedence in the armed forces of the United States will govern.
