§ 44-64. Oath of officers and enlisted persons.

Every officer and enlisted person, before he enters upon his duties, shalltake and subscribe before any officer authorized to administer oaths orbefore any duly commissioned officer in the naval militia, such oath ofenlistment as may be prescribed by the Governor. Enlistments or enrollmentsshall be made concurrent with enlistments or enrollments in the naval reservefor a term of four years, or for a less period for persons already members ofthe naval reserve.
