§ 44-67. Kinds of courts-martial.

Courts-martial in the naval militia shall consist of general courts-martial,summary courts-martial and deck courts. General courts-martial shall consistof not less than three nor more than thirteen officers, and may be convenedby order of the Governor. Summary courts-martial may be ordered by theGovernor or by the commanding officer of a naval militia unit. Deck courtsmay be ordered by a naval militia officer in command of a naval militia forceon shore or on any vessel loaned to the Commonwealth or on any vessel onwhich such forces may be serving.
