§ 44-137. City and county aid.

Every city and county in the Commonwealth having an active National Guard ornaval militia organization or organizations is authorized to render suchfinancial assistance as it may deem wise and patriotic to such organizationor organizations, either by donating land or buildings, or donating the useof land or buildings, or by contributing to their equipment and maintenance.
