§ 44-139. Reversions of donations.

In the event that any real property is donated to a National Guard or navalmilitia organization under the provisions of this chapter, and theorganization shall fail to accept such property, or shall, after acceptingit, be disbanded, the title to the property thus donated shall revert to theperson, county or municipality donating the same as their interest may appear.
