§ 44-146.26. Duties of emergency management organizations.

It shall be the duty of every organization for emergency managementestablished pursuant to this chapter and of the officers thereof to executeand enforce such orders, rules and regulations as may be made by the Governorunder authority of this chapter. Each organization shall have available forinspection at its office all such orders, rules and regulations.
