§ 45.1-161.66. Making false statements; penalty.

A. It shall be unlawful for any person charged with the making of maps orother data to be furnished as provided in this Act to fail to correctly show,within the limits of error, the data required.

B. Any person who knowingly makes any false statement, representation orcertification in any application, record, report, plan or other documentfiled or required to be maintained under this Act shall, upon conviction, beguilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
