§ 45.1-161.214. Notice of hazardous conditions.

The mine foreman shall give prompt attention to the removal of all hazardousconditions reported to him by any person working in the mine. If it isimpracticable to remove the hazardous condition at once, he shall notifyevery person whose safety is menaced thereby to remain away from the portionof the mine where the hazardous condition exists.
