§ 45.1-161.243. Fire prevention and fire control.

The provisions of Article 5 (§ 45.1-161.265 et seq.) of Chapter 14.4 of thistitle shall apply with respect to requirements for fire-fighting equipment,duties in the event of a fire, and fire precautions at the surface areas ofunderground coal mines.
