§ 45.1-161.292:16. Meetings of the Board of Mineral Mining Examiners;compensation.
The Board of Mineral Mining Examiners shall meet at least once a year andshall be called by the Director of the Division of Mineral Mining to meet atsuch other times as he deems necessary. The Board shall meet at such place orplaces as shall be designated by the Director of the Division of MineralMining, and the Board shall remain in session until its work is completed,but no one session of the Board shall continue more than three days. Out ofthe Mineral Mining Examiners Fund, there shall be paid to each member of theBoard, except the Director of the Division of Mineral Mining, who shall servewithout extra pay, reimbursement for expenses and compensation as is providedby § 2.2-2813.
