§ 45.1-161.292:3. Safety and health.

In safety and health, all mineral miners are to be governed by this chapterand Chapters 14.5 (§ 45.1-161.293 et seq.) and 14.6 (§ 45.1-161.304 et seq.)and Chapter 18.1 (§ 45.1-225.1 et seq.) of this title, and any other sectionsof the Code relating to safety and health of miners and rules and regulationspromulgated by the Department.
