§ 45.1-161.278. Control of dust and combustible material.

A. Where mining operations raise an excessive amount of dust into the air,water or water with wetting agent added to it or other effective methodsshall be used to allay such dust at its sources.

B. Drilling in rock shall be done wet, or other means of dust control shallbe used.

C. Loose coal, coal dust, oil, grease, and other combustible materials shallnot be permitted to accumulate excessively on equipment or surface structures.
