§ 45.1-179.11. Judicial review.

Any person aggrieved by a final decision of the Department pursuant to theprovisions of § 45.1-179.9 is entitled to judicial review thereof inaccordance with the provisions of the Administrative Process Act (§ 2.2-4000et seq.).
