§ 45.1-187. Additional bond to cover amended estimate of land to be disturbed.

If, during any operation, it is found that the operator's estimate of theamount of disturbed land for which bond or other security has been posted forreclamation is less than the actual area disturbed, the Director shall orderthe operator to file additional bond or security sufficient to cover anamended estimate of land to be disturbed by such operation.
